Where can I get my order delivered to?
Please note we use registered delivery in which a signature will be required. Please ensure someone is home to sign and collect the parcel. If not the parcel will be sent to your nearest courier office, if not collected from there it will then be sent back to our Warehouse. Also note that we cannot change the delivery address once you have confirmed your order.
Can I get my order delivered to another address?
Sure! You can simply enter a different delivery address or use a pre-existing from your address book during the order process. However, please note that we cannot change the delivery address of a confirmed order.
How long does the delivery take?
We will ship your order within 48 hours. Delivery times can vary from 5-7 days within EU, outside EU 7-14 days.
Are there any shipping fees?
On orders over € 50 no, below that we have a fee of € 9.90 worldwide. Within Cyprus there are no shipping fees.
