Returns
We want you to love what you ordered. If you don't, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order.
How to return an item
- Make sure the item is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
- Email us at online@london-clothing.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send you the return address and instructions.
- Send the parcel back to us. Please keep your proof of postage.
Return costs
The customer pays for return postage. The original shipping cost is refunded where the law requires it.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. You'll get an email when it's processed.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Email us and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to stock.
Items that can't be returned
For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns of underwear or swimwear once the hygiene seal is broken, or of items that are worn, washed or damaged.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty or isn't what you ordered, email us straight away and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage.
