Why do I need to create an account and register?

There are many benefits of creating an account and registering with London-Clothing.com. To start with, it helps us if we have your details in case we need to contact you about your order. When you register, you're able to view your order history including where an order is as well as re-printing returns notes and invoices. Most of all you can save your addresses for quicker and easier ordering the next time.


Why should I sign up to your Newsletter?

When you join our Newsletter, we keep you informed on the upcoming discounts and keep you updated with all the new products and new deals.


How secure is my online shopping? Will my personal information be protected?

All transactions on London Clothing are SSL encrypted. We take your personal information very serious. Data is secure with us and we take steps to ensure that all our customers personal information is protected and any information that you share with us is private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent.


Do you offer Gift cards?

At present we don’t offer Gift cards, but in the near future we will provide Gift cards to our customers.


PAYMENT AND ORDERS FAQ's

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payments by PayPal.


How long does it take to process my payment?

It generally takes 24 hours for the verification process. We immediately process your order once the payment is verified.


Where's my order?

To check the status of your order, please refer to your order confirmation email for delivery estimates. If you have any queries, feel free to reach out to us.


Can I amend my order?

You can add items to your order until you confirm payment details and complete your order. Once completed you cannot amend your order.


Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed or cancelled online. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is placed. This time-frame makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order; however, we'll do our very best to support your request. In case of cancellation please get in touch with us as soon as you can via online chat or write to us through our contact us page


How can I track my orders?

Each time an order is made, an order number will be sent to you by e-mail. Use the order number and log in to your account to track your orders.


SHIPPING AND DELIVERY FAQ's

Will I be charged for shipping?

Shipping is free of charge with orders over €50 or £50, orders below this amount will be charged €9.90


How long does the delivery take?

We will ship your order within 48 hours. Delivery times can vary from 5-10 working days within EU and 7-14 days outside EU. If you place your order during the weekend or on a bank holiday shipping times will start on the next available working day.


Can I get my order delivered to a different address?

Yes! When ordering please specify an alternative address where you want your delivery. You need to mention the different delivery address in the Order Notes. Please note that we cannot change the delivery address of a confirmed order.


Where can I get my order delivered to?

You can get your order delivered to any address. Please note we use a delivery service which requires a signature as mandatory. Therefore, ensure someone is home to sign and collect the parcel, if not the parcel will be sent back to the nearest couriers office. Also note that we cannot change the delivery address once you have confirmed your order.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS FAQ's

Can I return the product if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

Yes! You can return the product within 30 days of the purchase of the product. The item must be in the original condition (unwashed & unworn) and in their original packaging. Also please make sure that correct labels are attached to the items so we can identify them quickly and ensure there are no delays to your refund.


I have received a damaged product? What should I do?

We are really sorry if you received a damaged product. Accidents are sometimes unavoidable. Don't worry. Simply grab a picture of the damaged product and send it to us together with a description of the problem along with your order details as soon as you can.


What items are non – refundable?

Items which are non-refundable are: free gifts, promotional items, bikinis & underwear, beach wear & earrings.


Do I have to pay any charges for returning a product?

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for any return shipping charges.


How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 10 business days.


Can I exchange an item?

Yes, please login to the return centre using your order number & follow the on-screen instructions.
