Please note we use a delivery service which requires a signature as mandatory. Therefore, ensure someone is home to sign and collect the parcel, if not the parcel will be sent back to the nearest couriers office. You can return the product within 30 days of the purchase of the product. The item must be in the original condition (unwashed & unworn) and in their original packaging. What should I do?We are really sorry if you received a damaged product. Accidents are sometimes unavoidable. Don't worry.
